    Metropolis India discussed their challenges and acknowledging the under utilization of their website to generate new business. Website was 7 years old and tangled into several system integrations and scattered data management. Stimulus was to propose the solution to achieve, contemporary presentation of the website, increased lead generation from website and streamline the system integrations to create centralized lead management. Team of Business Analysts and Analyst Developers prepared the Information Architecture and Data Models to ensure at each step of the data flow requirements of each Stakeholder is met. After defining objectives, understanding internal and external users, identifying information gaps, and having a system design in place, we initiated working on the User Experience Design. We came up with an original thought process to change the way users book diagnostic tests online. We designed the concept where we created an intuitive design flow and elements which are more layman friendly, without leaving much room for the users to make a lot of decision. We designed the language of the UI, created a couple home page approaches and presented to the decision makers. Out of which we finalized the approach and progressed UI design accordingly.
